Yes it can and I have seen it done. The voice had a very strong and clear voice. She was able to maintain the note for an extended period of time (she was an opera-trained singer). The sound waves were of a wavelength that created resonance with the crystal glass. The glass vibrated enough to break the crystal apart.
I know this was on “Mythbusters” before. The were able to break the glass using recording equipment.

Yes…all materials have a resonant frequency that can create uncontrolled oscillation. See the Tacoma Narrows bridge video as one of the most famous examples.
Yes … as long as the voice is loud enough (i.e. amplified) and directed at the glass. If it is at the resonance frequency of the glass, it can cause the glass to vibrate so violently that it shatters.
