Wow… the technique of layering and shaping is just amazing…

Makes me think I may finally have found a use for my Dremil… but I think yours is special built for that task.

wonderful, now thats a fish bowl I can keep and now worrying about feeding them

awesome! I wish I was that good.

Thank you Eposs and Artsmart for your compliments. Yes I am self taught over a period of 24 years now, with books videos and slides (in Africa then ). Since being in the UK I have more contact with engravers being on the Council of the Guild of Glass Engravers. Have a look at my website for more information.
Cheers
Les

wow that was amazing to watch. how did u learn? do u do a course in engraving or did u just learn on ur own? again that was amazing to watch.

amazing, it’s great to see a piece being actually worked on. Brill!

oh yah. well i can understand that. :)

Thank Roflmao, answer is yes I am perfectly able but no I will not I am afraid, for copyright reasons.

cool. can u make one with star wars engravings for me! roflmao

The bowl is hand made to my specifications in 2 layers of lead crystal. This amount of work on such a piece would be around £600, I sold this some time ago.

how much does that sell for?

Many thanks for your very useful comment, I was not sure if the drilling noise would drive everyone nuts! I will keep this in mind for future videos. I suppose they could always turn it down if it got too much.

This is my favorite video, no music perfect .We get to hear the grinding of the glass
