I just broke lead crystal frame, is it harmful?

I broke a 8 by 10, very large thick waterford lead crystal frame. It smashed into many little pieces and shards (at least a 12 foot radius) in my home. Does lead get released through breakage? Is this harmful? I threw it all away and vacuumed, but I'm sure there are still small shards all over that I missed. Please help!

Unless you are going to eat the shards, you are fine. The lead is still encapsulated in the pieces. Just keep vacuuming daily. eventually all pieces will be disposed of.

No, it isn’t dangerous unless you inhale or eat the glass, and even then the glass itself is more dangerous.
After cleaning up the visible shards, I would recommend wiping the area down with a damp cloth.

Nah, you’re fine. I always had good luck getting small shards up by wiping the area with a slice of bread–the glass embeds into it easily and the gluten makes it stick fairly well.
