I found some in the garage and it said its lead. is it bad to touch it? i touched it and washed my hand with soap but im still paranoid that i will get lead posioning or something.

The lead in crystal will not leach out to cause lead poisoning. The only precaution is don’t put them in the dishwasher. They are safe to drink from.
Items made of lead glass may leach lead into the food and beverages contained. In a study performed at North Carolina State University, the amount of lead migration was measured for port wine stored in lead crystal decanters. After two days, lead levels were 89 µg/L (micrograms per liter). After four months, lead levels were between 2,000 and 5,000 µg/L. White wine doubled its lead content within an hour of storage and tripled it within four hours. Some brandy stored in lead crystal for over five years had lead levels around 20,000 µg/L. To put this into perspective, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s lead standard for drinking water is 15 µg/L = 15ppb. Citrus juices and infant formula leach lead from crystal just as effectively as alcoholic beverages. Several companies do make lead crystal baby bottles and it is suspected they may present a health danger to infants.

You are perfectly fine. The lead level is low, and whatever you might have contacted on your skin is easily washed off.
Lead crystal glasses are made to drink things out of. Did you think it would be safer to drink out of them if you wore gloves, maybe? You shouldn’t store anything acidic in lead crystal, but they’re completely safe to drink out of or to touch. Unless you eat these glasses, you aren’t going to get any lead into you from them.
