Sometimes I don’t use correct nomenclature ; but I was probably referring to the gripping texture of the watch’s crown.
The crown on this watch is a “pull-out crown” (does not screw down). The first position adjusts the 24hr hand and the date. The second position (fully extended) “hacks” (stops) the seconds hand and adjust the hour and minute hands.
Thank you. 30 seconds behind – I should have clarified; per day. I am always monitoring my watches’ performances over 48-72 hours by synchronizing them with time(dot)gov. I usually don’t get critical of a watches accuracy until after a few months of use, but this watch was running abnormally slow during the first week; at full wind.

I have this same watch and i’m wondering if there’s a way to render the glowing hands to a white color. I hate the green with the white face, it looks so … off. Any way to get rid of the green so it just looks white?

I’m usually a huge fan of the Carrera. In fact, it’s the only watch from Tag that I’m a huge fan of. But I’m not HUGE on this model.
Too bad to hear about their quality control. I’ve been hearing rumors that it’s been taking a steep fall lately.

I had the hand realigned a month ago, and it was PERFECT. But as of this weekend, it is off again!
good point…its a very classy watch but whats up with the third hand not being aligned….did you have to adjust this or did this auto correct itself….
