what window manufactuer makes the led crystal smart glass in skylights?

led crystal glass is a type of glass that turns dark when the power is turned on to it. or the other way around. but ive seen it on a home show a couple of years ago. i see glass companies make it but window companies dont show it yet. possibly special order im not shure.
